Audit
Positive+ Audit
We use a proven audit process to identify ways to improve our services. We then develop and carry out action plans to rectify or improve service provision and then re-audit to ensure that these changes have an effect.
Positive+ Audit Cycle:
Our audit cycle is a quality improvement process that seeks to improve health outcomes through a systematic review of outcomes against explicit criteria.
Positive+ can deliver a robust way of measuring and monitoring the problems faced by a department or the whole organisation. We deliver effective, evidence based solutions that produce a real and measurable benefit to the individual and organisation. By working collaboratively we can monitor progress and provide regular feedback through a structured audit cycle to demonstrate individual and company benefits that represent a valuable return on investment.
Towards Best Practice:
The quality of any intervention is crucial. In line with the recommendations of The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, and the Health and Safety Executive, all our interventions and programmes are based on the best available evidence of effectiveness and cost effectiveness.
